7th Grade Awards Event

Good evening Parents and Guardians,

It gives us great pleasure to inform you that we will be hosting our 7th Grade Awards Distribution on Wednesday, June 2nd from 1pm-3:00 p.m. Students who earned a trophy, medal or certificate for the 2nd Semester are welcome to participate in our drive thru distribution to collect their awards.

 

Please check the list below with student ID numbers to see if your child will be receiving an award.  This list also provides which award they will be receiving.

 

Our distribution will take place through the SVJ parking lot. Please enter from Frazier Street onto Foster Avenue. There will be two pathways once you enter. The first pathway will allow you to stop and collect your child’s award. The second pathway allows you to park after collecting your child’s award and safely take photos of your child while practicing social distancing. Please see the map below.

 

 

If students are unable to attend the scheduled event the awards will be available in the office beginning June 3rd from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Please contact our office at 626-962-1300 to schedule an appointment.
