Registration and Materials - Parent/Guardian Must Be Present

You may come to our school campus, during our registration and materials pickup time where we may assist you with registration.  Parent/Guardian is required to be present when picking up your child's materials.

 

*6th Graders be prepared to have proof of residency

 

*7th Graders be prepared to have a current vaccination record with a valid Tdap record

 

*Our school does require uniforms to be worn.  Our vendor will be on site.
